    1. I rise everyday between 3 & 5 am usually 3. I start making my wife dinner for work that night, clean up everything. If she wants breakfast I make that while she cleans up and clean up afterword. Do the cleaning of the house! It’s hard for me to do excise because I have seven screws in my back/neck and all the disk around the neck and lower spine have many new disk bulging around both areas. I am 75 y/o and over weight by at least 50 lbs. I do what I can no pain meds work so I have not had any in1 year. I will try what I can as I want to lose this extra weight. Tim
